boycott of Superior
Court Judge Andrea Bryan is extreme, highly unusual, and broadly
criticized by experts in legal ethics as a direct challenge to
the independence of the court.
But it's just the latest in a pattern of defensiveness, poor judgment and ethical breaches that Carr has exhibited since taking office three years ago — a pattern she'll be called upon to defend as she campaigns for re-election this year. |
